More than 20 years, I worked with professionals, couples and families in my private practice, as well as at Harvard, Brown, Boston University and Wellesley College.
• Students managing academic pressure, friendship stress, and social-media intensity, anxiety and stress.
• Couples working on their relationship, caring for their children, and developing skills to deepen their intimacy and resolve conflicts.
• Professionals facing burnout, workplace expectations, exploring career directions or interests.
• Parents supporting children of all ages.
My Approach
I blend CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based interventions, and relational therapy with a deep understanding of societal and cultural environment—technology, self-expression, neurodiversity awareness, online identity, and evolving family dynamics.
My style is warm, direct, affirming, and highly collaborative. I aim to make therapy a space where clients feel safe, validated, and genuinely understood in the context of their generation. I am also solution-based and highly engaged with my clients.

I am so glad you are here…
As a former psychologist at Harvard University and as an academic dean at Brown University, I have worked with thousands of Gen Z, young professionals and families. Yet, each one of you are an individual.
With each Gen Z client I meet, I feel honored and inspired.
I consider it a privilege to support your individual path of growth and learning. With courage, you forge your own path, even when experiencing anxiety, self doubt, ADHD, difficulties in college or challenging work or relationships.
I appreciate that being a young person now presents both opportunities and challenges. I believe, with the right support, you can flourish. I am dedicated to helping you to gain skills, as well as self knowledge and confidence, to reach your own goals and aspirations.
I am rooting for you and look forward to partnering with you on your journey.
