I’m a clinical psychologist, and I care deeply about Gen Z.
Generation Z - today’s teens, college students, and young adults - are navigating an era defined by rapid technological change, social pressure, and constant comparison.
My clinical and research background centers on the psychological trends shaping Gen Z: high rates of anxiety and perfectionism, digital immersion, identity exploration, chronic stress, and the pressure to “have it all figured out” while the world feels uncertain.
In addition to being a nationally recognized Gen Z expert, I am a parent of two Gen Z children (age 18 and 21) and one young millennial (age 31).
